Infotracer gave me a false promise of TWELVE criminal records on my ex, but after I paid the charge of $4.95 and went to his report, it said there were ZERO criminal records on him.
ZERO.
I'm fighting this crooked outfit to get my money back. They are giving me a very very hard time!
Stay far from them. I want my money back NOW. They keep giving me different estimates as to when the money will go back on my credit card.

Note: I finally received my refund but Infotracer NEVER explained why their website claimed my ex had TWELVE criminal records before I paid them, but NONE after I paid them.
For the heck of it, I did another "free" search and found that yet again, Infotracer claims my ex has TWELVE criminal records.
My response to them is pay up or shut up. I'm willing to sign up again ONLY if they come through with what they promised - REAL CRIMINAL RECORDS.
I can prove he has at least one because according to Onondaga County NY records, a crime victim lien was imposed on him not long after his divorce!
The service has been very satisfactory, very valuable and very useful and professional all the information.
3.99 for report my $#*!. It's going to auto bill me now and I have to hassle canceling this $#*! after I get the one report i wanted
