1. Page requested was missing 2 difficulty retrieving password. 3 Please do not bill the requested $4.99, since I am already registered.
Told me I already eaas registered and didn't charge me so I got a temp passcode and still can't get in
Its bull$#*! that I have to pay for my own accident report when the accident wasn't even my fault. Literally dumbest system I've ever heard of.
Keep asking for more money at every step so I hope that stops. Seems okay other than that so far but just started.

I had to pay twice to access this new account I had to create because my previous email address and account setup with infotracer--while it had login information--had been deleted without my knowledge, and the paid trial for that account could not be accessed. I have sent an email from said account requesting cancellation and a refund for the $3.95. Thank you!
