My experience was good overall. Unfortunately I was hoping to see the owners name when VIN was submitted. Had understood this was public record but apparently not. Would liked to have been able to verify VIN owner name. Suspect possibility of fraud which would very much like to avoid. Having owner name would confirm or eliminate fraud possibility.
I needed information and as quickly as possible le. This site did just that. I would recommend it to a friend.
