Very difficult - page was constantly changing. Page indicated that there was more information available but that you needed to upgrade for $18.00 which I did only to find that I didn't have any more information then what was available before the upgrade. I'm cancelling my contract
I don't like that I cannot just pay the one time fee and move along without having to contact you again to get it cancelled...

I started a report, I pay the amount requested and when the page opens I have to start over again.
