We had 24 - 8mm tapes converted to digital. Wish we had done this sooner as some of the tapes had already begun deteriorating. IMemories took extra time with 4 of them that had issues. We are very pleased and are enjoying viewing and sharing specific clips. I would have given a 5 star rating but only wish more time would have been taken to trim all videos into separate story clips as now I have been going through and editing where they missed some of the separations that were outlined on my tape description cards in the tape cases. High marks for shipping, discount, turnaround, and trustworthy with our box of memories. Appreciate ability to rename files and clips as well as easy editing tools to delete, trim and cut if needed.

I was pleased with the easy process for converting my old films into digital files. I was sent a starter box and received my digital files in a timely manner.

Was very pleased with the video but the price is outrageous. First you have to buy the kit and then I have to pay to have my original tape sent back to me and I only had one video tape and the price for that was insane. Probably would not be a repeat customer

Our family has digitized several home movies our parents took starting in 1950's. There were a couple that had damage and could not be transferred. We have come across some VCR cassettes we will be shipping off to be digitized. This is the third time using iMemories, if we were not satisfied with their product we would have never used them twice, let alone a third time.

This was only one VHS video. Super-old, it came out fine. My kids had never seen these people, so it was a nice family thing. I'm glad you didn't lose it.

I was able to see my VHS video on line that a friend made in 1990 who soon afterwards passed away. I was able to share it with my friends and his daughter who was a young child when he passed. It was wonderful to remember this fun trip. I would now like to remove this from the site so that I don't have to pay a monthly storage fee.

We sent 23 VHS tapes in and we were delighted with the transaction, communication, and final product. I wish we had ordered sooner!

Easy process beginning with Fed Ex box to send off VHS tapes. Great communication about receiving them. Price was reasonable and it was easy to pay online. Next received notification that media was ready for viewing. Great instructions included.

This was a great experience! Absolutely loved looking back at memories that I thought i would get to look at. Now I can view them any time on my device.

I am so glad I went with Imemories. My videos turned out better than I expected. I had a few questions and their customer service employee was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was very skeptical with the process and very nervous because I was sending in my 1997 Wedding VHS tapes. But to my surprise everything went amazing, very quick turn around and great communication and the final product was downloaded to an app which I could easily retrieve. Video was good quality I did not buy the additional quality check and kind of wish I did. Overall, great experience and easy process. Would definitely recommend.

Thank You for the digitized service so my Family & I finally watch my son & daughter-in-law's Wedding! My Grandkids have Never seen the videos until now! With the USB Drive they can watch over & over!

I was able to see home movies from my childhood and my childrens childhoods. Plays my husband was in and other family happenings to see those that have passed away is a great way to remember. I also got to share it with family.

I was willing to spend whatever to have my tapes converted and was pleasantly surprised by the deal they had. I was not aware of the app until I researched and it's very convenient and affordable.

We had a box of home videos from the 1990s just sitting in our garage for over 15 years. I was so scared that the shift in weather over that time might have damaged the film of the videos and that our precious memories were lost for good. But iMemories was able to save every bit of footage and it's been so wonderful being able to revisit these wonderful memories, some that we didn't even remember we had!

What a pleasure it was seeing videos of my kids 30 years ago; it felt like it was just yesterday. I did not realize I also had videos of my parents and other close family that are now deceased. One of my daughters, who ran track, was excited to see all of her high school track videos. This is especially a treat now, because her daughters, who are now middle school and high school, are running track and cross country events. There were also prom videos and old family vacation videos that brought much laughter. IMemories is a precious jewel. I had been looking for a company to transfer my VHS tapes to a more updated version, I am so glad I found IMemories. Even though some of the videos are 30 years old the sound and visual acuity were good. Needless to say I am pleased with IMemories and will not hesitate to use their services.

From the minute, I walked into the corporate office here in Scottsdale Arizona, (I live here) I was very impressed. The individual sitting at the front desk was very informative, friendly and very professional. I left my slides and within two days I had received them and was able to view them online. They were 65 years old and they looked great. I would recommend I Memories to anyone.

At first there was misunderstanding of order, but staff worked with me and perfect -ly gave me my love back to me. He recently past unexpectedly after 56 years. Our memories are priceless and now seeing all the treasured moments together is forever rewarding. Thank you.

Ive never done anything like this so didn't know how to go about it. I phoned several times and my questions were answered. The only thing that could be improved for a novice like me is a step by step list of what needs to be done on the website. No. 1 to view the photos, no. 2 click on the ones you want enhanced etc... Next time, I'll do better!
