Received our link to the videos in a timely manner and was able to download all videos, except one. Some albums were not labeled correctly and some videos were in wrong albums, but they were all there.

I had some videotapes converted and it's a good job. A little bit pricey, though, considering there is software, you can download for free to do it at home. I did not, however, use the service to digitize actual film, which might be entirely different.
The entire process took more than a month. I payed way too much money for an empty box to ship the tapes. I also felt like I was being charged for every little thing.
I am disappointed with the quality of the video. I was expecting the statics to be eliminated but were not.

I completely understand how disappointing it must be to still see static in your video, especially when you were hoping for clearer results.
While we’re often able to reduce static when working directly with original videotapes, in this case the item sent in was a DVD. Unfortunately, the static you’re seeing was already present on the videotape the DVD was created from, and it carried over during that transfer.
To improve or reduce the static, we would need to work from the original film reels or the original videotape rather than the DVD itself. If you have those originals, we’d be more than happy to help you get them processed. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here to help.

The service was very good, but I was disappointed that I didn't receive a hard copy of the digitalized tapes. It forces you into a subscription you also have the option to purchase a USB at an added additional cost.

I did some checking online and decided to go with I memories due to the method of shipping (FEDEX).
I have problems with the postal service with non-delivery of certain mail items like my bills etc.
This was all started around Christmas so I didn't expect completion for gifts. All together it was probably a little over 4 weeks.
I paid extra per video for the enhancement and I don't feel like it was enhanced at all. I didn't see a difference with anything. I'm glad I can view the videos on my computer and not on VHS but other than that, nothing was enhanced so it was a waste of money.
I had a wonderful experience with iMemories. The entire process went smoothly and exactly as described. The quality of the final product was great — I was truly impressed! I was so excited to share these special moments with my daughter, and iMemories made it possible to preserve those memories beautifully. This is an awesome service, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to share special moments.
I had 7 VHS tapes converted to digital and carefully reviewed the original footage. The audio was clear. However, the digital conversion contains only a loud buzzing sound, making the recordings impossible to hear. Unfortunately, this resulted in a loss of both time and money! I would not recommend this service. Beware of the 5 star reviews.
We sent in five VHS tapes and only recieved three back that we could watch. One of the five was so fuzzy and distorted that we couldn't watch much of it. Another was undeveloped because of "copywrite material". It was a huge disappointment to have to pay for them all to only recieve part of the order. Regardless of their "policy", it very much felt as if IMemories didn't care if their customer was happy or not.
Most of the videos came out good, but the names are off on a lot of the videotapes and we are unable to edit them and the quality on some of the videos is very very choppy and the sounds is not good when on the VHS it is better quality.

The prepaid boxes along with bags to sort and label the pictures was a great idea, I added additional ziplock bags of my own as well, numbering and naming each bag. What was nice was that the digitized albums used those pre sorted bag names as well. It was really ice to be able to download the videos, images … they all looked great. I had pictures ranging from 1879 to 2015 … me and my siblings are very happy to be able to share these historical images as well as images from our own childhood.
It takes trust to send your most precious memories somewhere and hope thru get digitized and returned properly. I've used the service twice now and very pleased.
I wasn't aware that there was more fees after I sent the video in. It never said that on the website emails nothing until I got another bill saying that I had to pay more money plus more shipping to even get my video back.

Sent many photos and videos and was pleased overall with the digitization experience. Overall quality was good, a little disappointed that the last couple of videos could not be restored to better quality but maybe they had deteriorated too much. Will use again.
I had tried to convert VHS to digital by myself. It was tedious and time consuming. This was so much easier! It was so exciting to click on the app, sign in and there was my videos! If the tracking is bad it doesn't change that but everything else was very good. I did not add the service of the AI fixing anything. It was worth the money and I'm glad it's done
I was very happy with my experience. The digital videos made a great gift for my parents who have all of our family memories on VHS tapes. They were excited to see some of them again!
