IMemories converted my old home movies into digital movies. The process was extremely easy and fast. My kids love watching themselves as little kids.

It was ok I mean a bit hard to figure out how to sign into my pictures I'm a senior and needed some help.

I did not know how the items I sent were going to be, but they came put better than I expected!

I hadn't seen these movies in literally decades. Now I can enjoy the memories and share them with friends and family. What a pleasure! And very easy to share online.

I very much enjoyed watching my family members on our tapes. Sadly three members of our family are no longer with us and it was heart warming seeing them at gatherings and holidays. These Hi8 tapes were from the early 2000's. The viewing quality was excellent.

While it was not clear how to edit the files online, excellent help was provided both by email when asked or by phone.

My experience was great! I had studied multiple companies and saw that iMemories' track record and information were the best. I called several times before ordering and ALWAYS received helpful information. Shipping, tracking, and the process to digitize were all kept to the expected schedule. I am very pleased and currently am enjoying seeing family movies not seen for 50 years! Edit options are clear online and I expect to be able to combine sections eventually on a flash drive. I have been wanting to digitize my videos for years. This was so easy and not expensive that I finally got it done. Thanks for the memories!

I hadn't seen these videos in twenty-five years. When camcorders came out, I chose the Hi-8 formula. That did not become the standard. And when my camcorder died, I could no longer watch them. IMemories converted them easily. I liked the box I night from them to mail the tapes (with prepaid label). I liked how the videos appeared via a link in email as they were ready. And they are so easy to share with people.

I had small VHS tapes I could not view. As it turns out, the quality of our tapes was not very good, so of course the digital transfer is not as good as we had hoped. I don't think IMemories is responsible for this, but it makes the result somewhat disappointing. Know the quality of your tapes, etc. before you send then in.
