After 6 months, they still have not completed my unlock. Nobody will answer emails and any communication I do receive on public forums is purely for show. They never follow up.

All I want is my money back. They ruined my son's Christmas present, and in June we are still waiting. What horrible people.

I send my money with a clean iPhone 7 that my wife is the personnel owner, contract is completed, paid in full, however we though with the lockdown it will be faster to paid the 28.00 dollars USD to get it unlocked rather than waiting to go back to the Philippines. Guess what Out of luck with these scammer, fraudulent site, we have been waiting for weeks before writing this review in the hope that things will one day come up but no scamming site. The positive reviews are probably their own and their family. Now news, no email, nothing dead silence.

People, please never use their "services". appleiphoneunlock.uk same as doctorunlock.net. I paid for iCloud unlock twice and got messages that they can't unlock it and my money will not be refunded. They just stole my money saying that maybe in the future will be a new service that will cost extra money and will be able to help.
At the same time they made my phones reported as lost/stolen although I checked on several sites many times before placing an order - they were clean! That's all about getting more money from you. Don't trust them, please. I have two valid order#'s if you want a proof of my words..

Am only giving them one star because I was not able to put zero star. I ordered an unlocked code 03/05/2020.
04/05/2020 I contacted them for a refund since they were not able to unlock the device. 30 email and two months later Still no refund. Please take you business elsewhere. The worst customer service I've ever encountered. If you in USA don't place an order. They are based in U. K. and you will never get a refund. They are thieves.

Ipad 4 GSM - made the idiot mistake of signing up for their premium service to bypass icloud activation lock. Over 120 days and nothing. Try to contact them and you just get the same auto-generated garbage about "this is taking longer than expected"...

Stay away, they'll just take your $$$ and give you nothing for it

My transaction was a total waste of time and money - no value whatsoever. I was told that my Ipad was Blacklisted after full payment and that the premium service would be available. This was 4 weeks ago and have not received any notification that the premium service is available after being told that it would be available within 5 days. I had no idea that this Ipad was on the lost stolen list as I have always owned it and I believe they should have advised that a check should be done upfront. Such terrible customer service. It seems that they take your money and then advise at the end of the process of the lost stolen status. Con artists. I am really unhappy as I have spent $70 with no product or service. Most frustrating.

I have proven that our device is not blacklisted as they claimed by every site that isn't theirs and they refuse to refund us the money they are trying to steal. That is $70 which originally was told $38. DO NOT TRUST DOCTORUNLUCK. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND OFFER A VOUCHER EVEN WHEN YOU PROVE THEM WRONG BY EVERY SITE ONLINE BUT THIER OWN.

NO WAY IN HECK DO WE WANT TO USE ANY VOUCHER FROM YOUR COMPANY THAT IS TRYING TO RIP US OFF WITH A BOLD FACE LIE. We are filing with both Federal and local Attorney Generals, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, as well as sharing your crime with our proof as back up along with your deceitful ways.

Nonostante i numerosi feedback negativi ho voluto provare, in quanto il dispositivo (Apple Watch) non era in blacklist, poiché non rubato. Confermato anche dal supporto Apple, dove mi è stato detto che è bloccato per superamento numero tentativi immissione password, ma che non possono sbloccarlo poiché non ho la ricevuta di acquisto. Intanto il servizio non costa 28$, ma è solo un pre order, dopo vanno pagati altri 42$, dopodiché si inizia a vedere che la percentuale relativa allo stato di avanzamento della pratica aumenta ogni ora. Bene dopo due giorni si viene contattati dicendo che il dispositivo e in blacklist e quindi non possono fare niente, ma si premurano di inviare un voucher sconto per un acquisto Di un servizio di sblocco operatore futuro Sempre da loro. Ancora sto aspettando questa famosa mail con il voucher sconto, di cui non saprei che farmene, inoltre ho provato a contattarli via mail dove spiego che non è in blacklist. Ovviamente non si riceve nessuna risposta, dato che sanno benissimo che sono in torto.
Quindi diffido chiunque da acquistare tale servizio, ma anche qualsiasi altro (nel web è pieno) perché come confermato dal supporto Apple, Questi servizi non sono in grado di rimuovere il blocco, ma solo Apple può farlo, ovviamente fornendo la prova di acquisto.

I should have trusted the reviews and all the warning signs. When you put in your IMEI number, their system gives you the price to unlock your phone.
Warning signs:
1. They don't accept paypal.
2. They only take Mastercard
3. Bad Reviews and many with this same complaint
4. Customer service on the reviews are disrespectful to their clients.
5. After order, they do not send you a confirmation

I placed my order because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought my experience would be different. I did one final check to their faqs which states that the price the system gives after entering your IMEI is all I must pay. I was wrong.

The next day I returned to their site to check the status of my order, it tells me that in order to unlock my device, I must pay them more money and that the amount that I paid was only a pre-payment. I sent them a message that I will file a dispute with my bank and wanted my money back - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They then immediately sent me an email stating that they did not promise me anything with excuses that this is only a pre-payment. After 14 days, if I do not pay them, I will loose the money I paid. They do not give you the amount that you will pay upfront. I'm filing a dispute from here.

If you work with this company, this is the scenario you will have. I have not continued beyond this point to know the extent of their scam because I fear that they will continue to charge me more money or steal from my bank. Beware and use a trusted service, not this one for sure.

I paid an initial payment, received an email a few days afterwards they wanted more $ to unlock. They stated that it was the "final" payment and my phone would be unlocked. Paid $84 total. They email you a link that has this % counter in it. 30 days go by and they email me and say they need another $54 to get it unlocked. They nickel and dime you and make you wait so long for nothing to happen. Hoping that you will be even dumber to continue paying. WTF? STAY AWAY
