Paid two different payments total of £74 to unlock icloud account then some story saying can't be done won't refund my money offered a credit note total scam don't waste your money

This i scam. I used the service to unlock my phone but 1 year ago still cant unlock and i cant claim refund.

Just poor, horrible and non-existend "help" from this company that claims to fix the icloud locked services. You just lost money folks.

These people are cheaters they says they will unlock the phone and take money from us and they are not capable of unlock the phone and they won't even respond to the email neither they won't issue the refund. I would have rate this people zero but there is no option available. Please be aware of this scamers.

I GAVE THEM TWO DEVICES FOR ICLOUD UNLOCK AND THE ONLY THING THEY SAID WAS THAT BOTH DEVICES WERE LOST OR STOLEN. I SENT THEM A LOT OF PROOFS THAT THEY ARE CLEAN, BUT NO EXPLANATION NOR REPLY SINCE THEN.
BIG SCAM FRIENDS.

Have been waiting almost 7 months and nothing. They said it wouldn't cost more after initial payment... asked for more money saying they needed to use another program or whatever for my activation unlock. They kept sending the same reply whenever asked about it. Seems like a big scam to me and guessing all the good reviews are by fake people. Don't waste your money with these guys.

I'm not sure how they have so many reviews. They had my product at "99% complete" for over a year and every time I try to ask what's going on or if I can just get a refund, they ignore me.

After that they will send you a sham page in which will have a timer. However, mine has been stuck to 99% for weeks and "Tim" completely stopped communicating with me. Please avoid losing your money. This company is pure scam.

Purchased a phone unlock charged at 19 pounds than an additional fee was required to unlock the phone,

After a few days they send me a message that the Imei was wrong or network was wrong, but both checked and were correct.

Run from them do not waste any time and money with these scammers.

I was trying to unlock a galaxy A12 phone, from T-mobile, then I did a payment for the unlock code about US$35.00 but now they are asking for payment about us$150.0, the order is 50% to be completed and they refuse to refund me the money.
They should let people know about possible change not let it in micro letters.

I paid for an unlocking service, been over six months and unlock hasn't been completed.
They denied the refund and stopped responding after 3 emails.
Avoid them at all cost.

Complete total scam! They took my $$ and have not delivered! They answered 2 emails now they completely ignore my inquiries. It's been over a year and my phone is still locked. The progress says 99%. And never completes

The same scheme as the other "iCloud unlock" sites. They take a smaller prepayment for a quick unlock. Then they tell you they can't unlock your device (for whatever reason) lest you paid a premium service and after you paid this premium they disappear. Their emails are all generic. Their service non-existent. Want to flush your money down the toilet? Use this service.

Payment goes in quickly and easy but when their useless service proves itself; a refund is something you work for, they never refund you even with enough proof that their service was useless.
Your money will never see you again.
It's a Scam! Stay clear.

Wish I had read the reviews more. Total scam site. Save your money and be sure you research who you go with thoroughly.

Paid once only to be told I had to pay more. It's been over a year. Now they don't respond to emails.

This site is a SCAM! Do not use unless you want to be duped out of your money! All the positive reviews on here are likely from fake users. They gladly took ~$60 from me several months ago and did not provide any services. I'm currently in the process of taking these scumbags to small claims court as are many others. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Apologies but we cannot offer a refund on this order, the unlocking criteria for each network, as well as our refund policy, is clearly stated on the website prior to purchase. You agree to our terms of service when placing an order.
We can however refund in credit note if you do not wish to proceed with the premium unlock.
