SCAM. Google them. I didn't fully and now regret it. Paid over $100 only to have them tell me Apple says it is "lost or stolen" I have owned this Ipad since the day I bought it from the store had to reset it and can't remember the ID I used 8 years ago on my only Apple device ever. The voucher given cannot be used towards the same service or device but a different device...

They can unlock the ipad supposedly if I buy a premium package in a few days and pay even more! Lol... Total BS and a complete SCAM! Run and call Apple like I am just going to do. Rather deal with their customer service then toss money to a bunch of scammers.

The live bar they have to show you how close it is to being unlocked... it's just there to keep people waiting while they wait for the payment to reach their bank account. Once it has they continue the scam and ask for money because now you can't stop payment on them.

I created a order on mar 1 to unlock the phone and after I paid first fee they hit me Whit another one
I was waiting until apr 20 and at about 75% they requested more money
( £101.99 (retail) - £59.98 (credit) = £42.01 remaining

What is there problem
People stay away from them save you money not worth it
And they don't respond back to my emails
The procentage chart is gone it's just the payment request!

After paying 2 times, because posting the actual fee would scare you off, but instead they do a bait and switch on you. They tell you pay $28 in USD now. They then tell you IT can be unlocked but to do so in another $55 USD. Heck for $10 more they will FAST TRACK YOU too. I waited 2 weeks and emailed them and asked what was going on since the meter said 100 percent, they replied that it should be unlocked in 2-5 days, LOL after its been 2 weeks, they can not even get their lies right. Anyway I asked for a refund and was told to wait 30 days, 31 days past and I get this nice email:
Your unlock has been unsuccessful. We respectfully have to inform you that your iPhone 11/Pro/Max **************) locked to Verizon USA is unfortunately marked by the carrier as barred/blocked/in-contract/financed/unpaid bills. A handset can be blocked for non payment of bills, bad ESN, contract issues, or the carrier may simply refuse to unlock as the handset is financed. As we have already prepared your unlock and incurred the unlocking charge, we cannot supply a refund for handsets which are rejected in such circumstances.

So bottom line STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS.

Initially they checked my IMEI to unlock icloud. Then They confirmed, it is OK and we can remove the icloud account.
They asked me just pay $28 then later they asked to pay again $42 BUT after All of that they said the device is blocked because it marks by apple as lost!

I sure that this is my phone and it is not reported as lost. I also check at several websites and all of them shown that my device it CLEAN

I asked them to refund but they refused and asking for the original invoice ( if i have it i will open it by Apple of course not YOU)

Later they send me an email to get the premium service which is a super hero and can do any thing and as usually with asking to pay more (£49.99) and it take 30 day!
I really don't trust them and don't recommend them at all

Checked my IMEI number on multiple sites and it came back clean.
I then paid for their iPhone unlocking service. They came back and said I had to upgrade to the premium service because the phone was still under contract. Paid for their premium service. After a couple weeks, they said the IMEI was on the global blacklist. I have sent them multiple emails showing that the IMEI is in fact no black listed, but have received no response. Only time will tell if they will respond on here.

I would not recommend doing any business with them.

I paid for an unlock at the end of December. I asked for status after 30 business days but was told to keep waiting. I have asked repeatedly now for a refund as it has been much longer than 30 days. I have asked for status at least 20 times now and asked for a refund at least 10 times now. I have gotten no response after the 30 business days passed. I have been forgotten and have not been given any money back. There does not seem to be any intention of refunding money, even though it appears they have no way to unlocking my phone.

This truly seems to be a scam page, and I am am sincerely disappointed in myself for falling for it.

Absolute scam - They offer a service to unlock which you pay an initial fee to see if they can do it, to which they come back and say they can so you need to pay more - which I don't remember reading to begin with... you then pay that, wait another week for them to tell you they can't unlock it but wait for a "premium service" to which they ask for another $100 AUD.

If you look below at the amount of "reported" review's that should encourage you to look elsewhere - I'm sure this review will be "reported" soon so if I can advise at least one person not to fall victim then I'll be happy...

They took my money and never did the job. I contacted them multiple emails. Never heard any response. A total scam. Karma will come back to them. See below

This IMEI was issued to the carrier on the 26th as per your order status page and is currently in process, don't worry as soon as it's been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated.
The average unlocking timeframe of this handset is 1-10 days (Monday-Friday). The percentage meter will give you a more accurate time scale for your device, if it reaches 100% and its not unlocked then we will chase the IMEI with the carrier for you and place it on priority.

Please Guys do not $#*!ing waist your was your money. It's a total SCAM! I paid $172 and they me kept waiting for 7 good months. I wrote to them many times but they never answered any. They didn't unlock the phone until now. Total scam!
