I have iPhone 7 which belong to my brother and who passed away last month. I have box but I don't have bill that's why Apple Store not able to open its I cloud lock.
After reading the review over net I contacted doctor unlock and sent them my query and they told it will be done. I registered by phone iMessage and they ask me to pay 70 dollars in two parts which I have paid. After two days I receive a massage that it cannot be open and money also not be refunded as the need original invoice which I already told them I don't have.
Now they are not returning my money...

I want my money back in my card

Could someone please help me get in contact with a live person from customer service?

Ive emailed them countless times, I paid over 100 dollars to have my phone unlocked. The IMEI is not blacklisted, its all clean and legit. The process started on july 2019, and I just checked again, like i have over and over and still the status bar is filled but each month i am left an automated email saying that its taking longer than usual. I have emailed the customer service email address over and over and over with hopes that i could atleast get in contact with someone and not an automated email.

All i would like is to come to a reasonable solution to this, I would change my whole perspective if someone would reach out to me and fill me in what the issue is, and an offer to resolve this matter.

Im very understanding, and have been very very patient with all of this.

I have contacted them 5 times in 3 months. I only received a response within the first 30 days claiming it takes 1-31 days to unlock. I waited 30 days then they gave me a link to a loading bar and said once it's complete my phone will be unlocked. It's been a month passed the time the loading bar was complete. No response from them whatsoever. I have included all the docs that show this is a scam. Don't waste your money. No respectable company would take 3 months to update a paying customer. You will be disappointed heavily. They are really bad. Don't get scammed learn from my mistake and find another company. I will spread the word as much as possible until they react.

After almost 5 months, and on their "premium" account, and after repeated attempts to find out if there is any progress, I just get the same email response that some of these were taking 3 months. All the response emails were the same form email. Any emails for refunds were answered by these same emails. They took my money and then said the phone was lost/stolen at which time that said there premium " service could unlock for which I stupidly bought, I can only conclude this is just a scam!

MUCHO CUIDADO NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO, al contratar el servicio, primero te dan una cotización "baja" en mi caso $28 USD, una vez que haces el pago y te tienen enganchado, te llega un complemento por una cantidad mayor $42 USD, si lees las condiciones te dice que no desbloquean tel en lista negra (robados), lo que considero que es correcto... pasados 3 días me llegó un aviso donde dicen que les da mucha pena, que les fue imposible liberarlo ya que por contrato con la compañía telefónica no fue posible... y que puedes contratar el servicio Plus para poder continuar, y que en caso que no quieras te dan una "nota de crédito" para otro equipo, o que envíes documentación de tu compañía donde autoricen su liberación... pero que por política NO TE PUEDEN DEVOLVER TU DINERO

- they ask for a second payment after making first one, but not stating this fact clearly (of course, it would decrease sucker "conversion rate")
- they don't offer refunds (hence, this is why they actually don't offer paypal)
- no site ownership displayed (yes, I must have been crazy to enter my credit card details on such a site, but I guess I just blindly trusted Google results, but IMHO they should be soon be deindexed)
- who who wants to bother, I did some digging and the owner of the site also owns a comfort convenience Broadmoor Apartments, broadmoorapt.com located in 676 Mix Ave Hamden, CT *******, *******323.
