After initially paying for their iCloud unlock service for £49.99 they replied and said my device was declared lost/stolen(which I verified through apples tracker that it was not) I was told I could not get a refund. They instead gave me a 'voucher' towards a premium unlock service later. Once I was notified the premium service was available to me I paid ANOTHER £49.99 to have my device unlocked. It has been about a year and still the device is locked, what's even better is they stated they can not give me a refund. Instead only offering another 'voucher' towards another device unlock? I persisted to follow up but they seemingly have just given up responding
Its be 6 month my phone wasn't unlocked yet. I have emailed 100 times so far and I only got 2 auto reply. They loot money and they don't care to respond to email. I have asked to refund my money but no reply
I purchased an icloud removal then activation lock fail
I purchased an icloud removal after contacting them to find out if it can be done on the 26/9/2019 for 28$US.
Then they asked for 30$US to start the process.
When that failed they offered me a voucher for the icloud premium service which cost me 70$ US. its been over 3 months now and they are still chasing the imei on this device. The s icloud premium service was purchased on 2019-09-27 00:37:18. Honestly it seems as though i cant get the activation lock removed so i would like a refund of all services as i did explain to them i had an activation issue in the first place and they assured me it can be done before any transaction took place. The automated messages are getting irritating to say the least.
Be cautious people.

My Order was created on 2019-05-29 12:28:34 and still not honored by DoctorLie. Today (2020-01-23) would make 240 days Or 7 months, 26 days since my order and DoctorLie stopped responding to my weekly emails asking for my money back. It's lie that they will give you Money Back after 90 days if they don't unlock your phone. DoctorThieves will just ignore you and keep your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
Originally paid $28 to have my iPhone unlocked. Two weeks later they sent me an email stating I had to upgrade to their premium service which was an additional $173.the email stated my phone would be unlocked in 5 business days. A month later after several emails of me trying to contact them I finally disputed the transaction with my bank because they did not provide me any service or response from my emails. Literally one day after my bank refunded the money they contacted me stating my phone is listed as lost or stolen which is why they were not able to unlock it. This was a big lie. My phone is registered under my name I got the phone through AT&T it is still under contract but is not lost or stolen. Do not waste your time or money dealing with these frauds. They will not unlock your phone they will take your money! You've been warned.

UPDATE on january 9th same day i made this post i was contacted by someone over this website about s refund an haven't heard from him since
Well I bought my phone second hand. The previous owner said that he had bought the phone from Spain and that the icloud was locked. Well I checked if the phone was blacklisted. It wasn't! So I trusted this doctor thing. First they send u a like showing all positive reviews. Then you fall for it. I gave some 78 dollars! In my country that's around 6000 INR! I could've literally showered myself with gucci with all of that money. Then they said they can't unlock my phone and didn't even refund my money! Do not trust this scam do not fall for it.! Sam from India
If Dr. Unlock fails to unlock, you will not receive a refund. They will give you a voucher, which is really worthless.
If you can not unlock, there is no refund. So it is not 100% guaranteed.
Submitted for Premium Unlock on 10/10/2019. Still not unlocked and e-mail queries have standard response that "Its taking longer than usual". No phone number on the website. I think I should just consider the money wasted.
Found this website that claimed they unlock your iPhone for $28. Paid the fee and after 3 days I received an email from this company stating that if I wanted to have my phone unlocked it would cost me another $56 and that if I did not want to proceed and continue to get ripped off my initial $28 payment is none refundable and that I would loose my initial payment. Their email also claims that these details are written on their website and they probably are somewhere in very fine print but they are certainly not listed on the first page where it is clearly written in big white letters that the unlock costs $28. Nowhere does it say there will be an additional fee. Beware!
Be aware that the first initial payment is for them to check the cost with the provider to unlock the SIM.
They will then send you an expensive quote to remove the lock.
Site is not working, only catch money and after that give system email reply.
I'm spend about GBP £122.98 (USD $172), and after 3 monts nothing. Phone isn't unlock, no reply, breach refund policy.
I'm spend many time and many emails for refund, but without money!
SCAM ALERT!

For one year they are chasing my unlock
The last reply from Dr. Unlock on 25t Sep a computer-generated email.
Unlock is supposed to take 1-30 days as per your email in august. Been chasing for 6 months and only received "wait, we'll let you know" computer-generated email. Asked for progress, no reply. I asked for a refund, no reply. Now been over 6 months, even replies on this site are friendly and friendly but without substance.
I will come back and give 5 stars if I can either get my phone unlocked or receive my refund. I suspect any future replies will be, "we're on it" or " we'll update you as soon as we can". Just look at their standard, generic comments
Two months and still without any respond
My request has been almost two months and still my phone is locked. I emailed them couple times and there is only an automatic respond. My percentage has completed 100% and nothing happened.
Here is my IMEI: **************
And here is their automatic respond to all my emails " Thanks for your email.
This IMEI was issued to the carrier on the 12th as per your order status page and is currently in process, don't worry as soon as it's been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated.
The average unlocking timeframe of this handset is 1-30 days (Monday-Friday). The percentage meter will give you a more accurate time scale for your device, if it reaches 100% and its not unlocked then we will chase the IMEI with the carrier for you and place it on priority.
Kind regards,
DoctorUnlock

Because they don't have any time for the customers they don't even put time to respond with respect. And don't read their respond here by seeing email: (*******@doctorunlock. N et)
Because the message above will be the same every time. No matter what you ask them you will get the same answer even if you say "Hi" to them.
They took $112 for no service so guys please please please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. It is a SCAM
I don't recommend this fake site to anyone. It is a waste of money and time.
I would never advise to use them $179 dollars and it does not work. I have contacted them a thousand times after 30 days. They said the 30 days is business days. The reason why that is Sprint only works Mon through Fri. I worked for them for a bit. So after the true 30 days I asked for refund if $179 US even gave them an invoice to help. I have not even recieved the money back nor is it unlocked.
FRAUDSTERS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They'll first quote you a charge for unlocking your phone (in my case it was US $28).
Once you pay, they'll send you an email with order details to give you the confidence they're legitimate.
Here comes the real deal.
A few hours later, you'll get an email from them asking to pay a hefty amount ($57 in my case) saying that they used $28 to check some details of my phone and to not to unlock it. I need to pay them additional $58 else it won't be unlocked.
When I replied them back citing the $28 was indeed for unlocking and this extra $57 was not mentioned during the placing of order, they simply replied again saying that they used $28 to do some checks and I should consider that as pre-order cost and to unlock, I need to pay $57 more.
THIS IS CHEATING! WHAT PRE-ORDER! WHAT CHECKING OF INFO OF MY OWN PHONE FOR $28!
They're neither unlocking my phone nor refunding my $28. I'm going to take legal help against such fraud company.
All positive reviews on the web are either paid or put by this cheating company itself by creating fake IDs.
SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND MENTAL PEACE BY NOT DEALING WITH doctorunlock.net
Answer: Do not try this they will not unlock your phone and their customer service is automated. I have been waiting six months for my phone to be unlocked. Again do not try look elsewhere.
Answer: They wont refund, and they wont reply. Same thing happen with me and i have lost 100$ unless until your bank do something you might get that money back but this guys are biggest fraud.
Answer: Its a fake website, with fake promisses, better to find some local shop and get it done the work you want to do, i have lost 100$ and now no refund and they stopped responding back.
