I wanted to unlock my iphone 11 max. I paid about 58 GBP, all in vain. They couldn't unlock it and did not want to return the money, despite of all the proof that I provided about the unsuccessful result.

They promise you to unlock you phone. You pay $29.99 initially. They come back and require additional money(premium service) of 49 Euros or so, guaranteeing unlocking your phone. They came back saying they can't and never refunded my money. They flash "guarantee" at the 2nd payment window making you believe they will unlock your phone. It is very deceptive marketing. They are out to get your money, Please DON'T!

The site was clear they could unlock my device, but then they tell me I'm on a long waiting list until they can figure out how to unlock my model phone. Mention it's in the agreement with no refunds.

I asked them to refund ALL the money and that I'd consider the issue resolved and I wouldn't leave a negative review.
They haven't even sent the unlock code yet despite my giving them the SECOND PAYMENT that they never mentioned in the beginning.
If they simply refund ALL of the money from the TWO payments I'll remove this review but IT REMAINS until then.

Stop it is scam

I tried to unlocked iphone 6s IMEI ************** bougth from marketplace at Facebook with icloud lock,
My first payment was $28 later they sent a text that i need to pay $40 more because the last payment was just to check.
The funny is that "U can cancell this order until 30 days", Guys it is not true.
Because later they sent a other text that u need to pay $50 more To premium service and listen it.
UR MONEY NEVER WILL BE BACK.
They never answer ur massage directly.
I am trying to cancell this order 32 hours later and they said ir does not refund use a voucher but i never got it and u will spend more money. My email is *******@hotmail.com or Facebook https://m.facebook.com/SAMBITOBELTRAN.

They say they will do i cloud unlock, i paid full amount, and now they saying our services are down for i cloud removal, they gave me voucher as they cant unlock my phone instead of money they gave voucher for another iPhone unlock, i tried another phone and its same that our services are currently down, and when i tried with different email and different phone they again accepting payment online. This is fraud company.

BIG Scam

I would also like to give DoctorUnlock NO STARS if possible. I paid $98 plus another $47 and the extra money for top priority for iCloud unlock. I started paying February 2019 and here it is the end of November and they keep saying the same thing "sorry taking longer to chase my IMEI and it never takes longer then 90 days. Well it's been 9 months and bad enough they only send Robo messages back can never answer in person to me. NEVER use this site - total scam
You plan on iCloud Unlocking my phone any time this year? Only been waiting for 9 months and still isn't completed.
REFUND my money and I want a phone number to call and speak to a person.
DO NOT send me a robo message that you send to everyone, to scared to write back in person?

SCAMMERS, RUN AWAY!

I have been asking for a refund because all I get from them now that "if the status is 100% we will place it as a priority" and the status of my order is 100% two weeks ago. They are way late of the 30 business days, as I placed my order on the 26th of September. Now, everytime I send them an email, they just send me that template.

Don't pay a dime. You make initial payment of $28 then after a couple of days they tell you that the order was is ready to be processed and all they need is second payment ($42). Then they say your phone can't be unlocked because it's reported lost or stolen which is completely false. A

VERY BAD.!
This IS a SCAM.! I've already paid for $58 for unlocking my iP8, first they asked for $23 then they told me to pay another £30 to unlock my iP8 for 3 months (since march 2nd 2019),, yet everytime i ask for the progress they keep telling me this:
Thanks for your email.

Your device was issued to our iCloud supplier on the 5th Apr as per your order status page and is currently in process, once it has been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated.

We realise these are taking a long time, unfortunately its the nature of these unlocks. Some of these units have been taking 90 days. We have been advised that as a goodwill gesture there is an option to give you vouchers for the total amount you have paid for you to spend on a sim unlock for a different device if you don't want to wait that long?

I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER GADGET TO UNLOCK IN YOUR PLACE, SPECIALLY WHEN ALL YOU CAN DO IS JUST PROMISING WITHOUT DELIVER, *******@DoctorUnlock.!

Scam

More than 30 days nothing happen and not answers e mails my track older go on 66% since octoner 5 is november 10 they say unlock in 1 to 30 days. I try to contact then only reponds with automatic email not actual answer i will contact the credit card procesing company they use to report then too

Fraudulent - DO NOT PAY!

Do not get sucked into their false advertisements. They will not be able to successfully perform iCloud unlocks. I am unsure of the success rate for SIM unlock. Save your money and work with Apple for valid and legal iCloud unlock requests.

I wanted to unlock my iPhone X. I sent my imei and was told that I needed to pay another 125.00 to unlock it. So I did. After a week and a half they stated that they cannot unlock my device because it's been reported lost/stolen. I've owned the device since brand new and ita currently working on its locked network. ***TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT FALL LIKE I DID***
