I paid to unlock my iPhone 6s plus. There was two steps in the payment and confirmation process. In the first process, they checked if phone can be unlocked or not where they asked to pay the initial payment and after few days they asked for the payment for the final step to unlock and I paid the amount. But after 4days, I received an email saying the phone cannot be unlock due to reasons like theft, stolen, contract breach etc. For the payment refund they asked me to prove the full payment of the phone which a year back. In such case, they should have asked it in the first step. This site is just a scam. They cannot perform any job.

I paid over $100 to get my iPhone unlocked. 30 days later it still isn't unlocked and they won't refund my money nor reply to my emails.

First, it's advertised as unlock your phone then after paying you are informed that it's a processing fee. Ok, I received an email that my phone was ready to be unlocked but I have to pay another £30, I hesitated but I already invested so I paid but waited 5 days to get another email that my phone can't be unlocked but I was given a £49.99 for future premium service that's not available yet. Asked for a refund and refused because they claimed they already offer me credit. This is a total scamming service and don't be fooled by their posted ratings, that's a scam too. Their refund policy is written to scam you too. BEWARE!

They state that there's no hidden fee and all prices are final once you entered your IMEI however this is not so. Once you entered your IMEI is states $28 for your device to be unlocked then you receive an email saying an additional fee should be paid before you receive the unlock code that's false advertising. I have attached a photo where they claim there's no hidden fee but will email you about additional cost. They won't unlock your phone just charge you more than what was originally agreed upon. They are a scam! Do not use them! Do not fall for this scam!

When I bought this item, in description was indicated the PRICE 28$. Now, when I check the web-site with my IP address, its's pre-order and I'm seeing 28$ and 154$ (on completion). When I checking another IMEI on my IP, I seeing the same information (28$ and 154$). But if I have another IP, I'll see the price 28$. THAT'S ALL. This scheme is absolutely clear for me.

1. When you buy is the price for unluck. 28 $ (NOT pre-order!)
2. You bought it after. My IP address information is changing and it says it was pre-ordered.!
3. Then doctorunlock sent me Miles. You didn't see it when you were buying it and it was written pre-order was?... While visiting the site. Anyone emei has already this is a pre-order (As it should have been at the time of buying)
4. I buying unluck for 28 $... After buying, they change like this your ip addres While visiting the site Anyone emei has already this is a pre-order!
