Please be aware these ppl are bunch of scammers. They will charge you and than will not unlock your phone

Biggest SCAM artist I have ever encountered has been over 30 days no unlock and took over $70aud from me. Please don't bother he charges you one fee then a hidden fee, and now he won't reply to my emails have got my credit card company involved as he won't refund he's a liar and a cheat... avoid at all costs.

This site is a scam, they had me waiting 30 days after paying (~$60) total stating I could get a refund after 30 days expired. They have no option for a refund, only to email them. After sending several emails, they return the same generic reply without the option for a refund. DO NOT waste your money or time.

I sent them all the information they charged my card 39.99 and after the time was done they emailed me and said that i had to upgrade to the other services which of course is more money (70.00) dollars more and they said i had to wait up to 98 days that was 2-27-21 its now 10/28/21 and still doest not work do not trust them i have emailed them and they do not resond unless you need to send money

So first they say they will check your phone for free. Then they say congratulations you are eligible for an unlock code. Then they charge $24, after you pay that they send you an email saying it is $39 for an unlock code. They say you will get it within 2 days, after it never comes they make you wait 30 days for a refund. After going to a refit I found most people just forgot by that time. So the scam is double charge then make you wait till you forget. Stay away

Gentlemen, they are scammers, they will not unlock anything for you, I sent them my phone to unlock, which is not tied anywhere and is in a clean list, they took money and then asked for more, and then said that it was blocked by the operator and in the black list. After they asked for a premium service pay. As a result, the amount is equal to the purchase of another phone, I did not believe them and did not pay. On another site I was unblocked it without problems and 3 times cheaper. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THIS IS FRAUDERS!

Total Scam do not be tempted. They start off cheap and then come back after a few days with some story of how you need a premium service as your phone was reported stolen or lost. In my case I legitimately owned the phone and non of their lies applied. I bailed out before the final USD70 commitment because I had already spent close on USD90 to get there. They offer no guarantee which is their cop-out.

Times are tough and I HATE companies that are still willingly scamming people.

Could not unlock and are now saying it was a stolen phone which I bought new. Say phone doesn't meet criteria. These people are a scam! STAY AWAY!

This company is a total fraud and ai honestly urge you not to risk losing your hard earned money. At first they assured me %100 ability to unlock both of my phones which were still under contract with at&t and were extremely quick to respond, until you pay them the money then good luck hearing back again. After over a MONTH waiting they simply lied and sent a notification saying my phones were blacklisted/stolen. I showed them proof they are CLEAN through reputable IMEI checker websites but I still never heard back from them.

They will take your money and try to convince you that you iphone is on lost or stolen mode for them to get away with your money. Please refrain from them, after that they go mute when you expose their crockery.

I paid $28 dollars to have my phone unlocked & Almost a few weeks have gone by and have not unlocked my iPhone XR. They do not give out refunds. Total Scam!

Actually i wanted to give negative review of this service. I paid $180 CAD to remove icloud in three different installments, to unlock and now it is over two and half months and still no resolution. After a week of paying third installment when i asked to pay for premium service, IMEIDoctor CEO/Staff Mr. TIM just stopped answering my emails. And now it is been 80 days they just ate my $180 CAD. No reply, no service update and no refund at all. Mr Tim confirmed this premium service is 100% refundable for any reason if order get rejected. The service is still keep on saying "premium Service Required".
I read people saying Iphone 4/4s iclud removed in 5 days. Actually icloud removing is free for any model under iphone 4/4s. If you restore iphone it ll remove icloud. Resetting Iphone 5 and up model does not remove icloud. I just want you to aware of this SCAM of keep asking you to pay multiple time and you ll end up loosing your all money. This site id fully SCAM and worth nothing at all.
These people inclusive mr Tim are professional enough to scam your money by saying this service is refundable. And After that just forget to reply clients.
This IMEI Doctor.com is just SCAM and i am filing Better Business Buero complaint against that.

The good reviews are written by these people themselves. I should not even give 1star but unfortunately cannot give -5 star. This company is a joke. I paid and checked on there site if my iPhone was blocked or blacklisted and came clear. I spoke to customer service who said that they will be able to unlock no problem and so I bought the unlocking service. After 1 month I am told that the phone is network blocked **hello that what I checked before I paid for unlock** but yes I should pay for premium service £50 and it is refundable if phone not unlocked so I confirmed again and then trusted them and paid £50 on 17th May today is 4th September and the tracking page since last month is at 99% saying it is imminent. I contacted Amd wrote to same customer service that before paying was very courteous now send a copy and paste response no matter what you ask.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. All they want is your money and will tell you what you want to hear. And will run with your money. I am sure the 5star reviews are themselves written.

Eight months after submit the order, the mobile remain in Inminent, and no answer from imei doctor.
I think I'll waste my money.

I paid 50£ and waited 3 days for them to tell me that it is stolen and to send proof of ownership. I sent it and now THEY DO NOT REPLY BACK but instead offer me a premium service which requires to pay 40 £ more! They won't refund you and will offer you a USELESS VOUCHER! AVOIIIIIIID

So i Submitted my request almost 90 days ago
They first started responding to my emails stating that whenever its unlocked they will notify me by email
I reply requesting an ETA as per the 10 days that they provide passed already
Several emails i was just kept getting same answer
We will email you once its completed
The payments i sent were for 4 phones whish i keep getting the same answer
Don't trust this site this is a complete SCAM

Charged me $40 to start off, then told me they'd need another $70 to start. Said it would take 90 days to unlock iPad. 90 days came and went, then 90 more and never unlocked, and they won't respond to my emails.

A fuire, il débloque pas les téléphones, pour le remboursement ils annoncent un compte à rebours de 30 jours, passé ce délai ils répondent plus aux mails et ils n effectuent pas le remboursement. Bande de voleurs 40 euros de perdu.
