First time purchasing glasses online. The iLook website was so easy to use and made the experience perfect. The follow up with customer service was very reassuring after I entered my prescription information. Very satisfied with the entire process!
These glasses are wonderful. Fast shipping, friendly service, and lovely styles.
As a long time satisfied customer I was extremely disappointed this timeā¦.I ordered 2 pair of glasses and upon opening I had issues with lens quality of the first pair and then the second pair a lens fell out within a week.

I have purchased glasses from iLook Glasses two different times. I had good a good experience both times, but, the true test of how a company is to deal with, is when there is a problem. I made an error on the numbers on one of my first orders and was surprised at how easily and quickly the glasses were replaced at no cost to me! I wouldn't shop anywhere else!
I have not had glasses before and did not understand the sizing of frames, so my glasses really do not fit very well. The are too loose and I should have contacted them but I sucked it up. Now I hardly wear them. So its not Ilook's fault, its mine

One pair very ok other pair are not working for me I all ready was talking to some person their and they didn't help me

We can see that you ordered Single Vision Reading glasses. That is the reason that you can only use your new glasses for reading.
To be able to use your glasses close and far, you would want to order either Progressive Glasses(providing smooth transition from distant vision, intermediate vision to near vision), or, Bifocal Glasses(two fields of vision ā the majority of the lenses to see far, typically for Distance vision, and the half-moon shaped area, visible line, for reading purposes.).

My glasses with the heavy prescription and reading glasses combined were accurate but I don't like the style. No fault of yours. I didn't choose well. I don't like shape on my face.
They called to double check my prescription had changed from previous order, as I accidentally put two different prescriptions on my two glasses.I received my glasses in just a couple days and were exactly what I expected. Great service, thanks
First order was misplaced by carrier. Contacted iLook Customer Service. They reviewed the delivery and then sent out a replacement order within a week. The company responded immediately to my message. Service and product were both as advertised. This was my second purchase. I recommend this company.

Answer: We do not direct bill any insurance company, but you would want to pay for your order online first and ask us for a copy of your invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for a reimbursement.

Answer: We offer a lens replacement service for frames that were purchased from us before. If not, unfortunately we do not work for them, for on the rare occasion that eyeglasses are damaged during production, we are not able to replace them.
Answer: Yes, our glasses always come with a hard case and a cleaning cloth.
