A new requirement of measuring your own pupil distance (in the past when I've ordered glasses it must have been an assumed average or given) is not only difficult to do but can really impact your prescription if done incorrectly.
I must have measured mine ten mm too close together for instance and now both pairs of prescription sunglasses I ordered cannot be worn without feeling dizzy and getting a headache. I drove wearing this new pair and had to take them off within ten minutes.
I wish this requirement could be waived or a selection of the average could be an option since your order is so impacted by this additional measurement.

I had some problems putting my prescription in. Sent them an email copy of my prescription. They had my glasses to me in days. I love them more than the ridiculously expensive prescription ones I got from my eye doctor. These glasses rock super happy

It's hard to filter the frames but otherwise the site works well. Their customer reps contact you to verify purchases if something's off and they're quick and kind

First pair I got the lens fell out. The girl told me she was going to send me a paper so I can send it back and that never happened so it cost me another 300 to order another pair.

Once I placed my order I received an email from the lovely lady from customer service to verify the size. Once the error [of my doing] was corrected.

I ordered 2 pairs same make same model, however 1 pair should have been black frames with clear lenses, and the other red frames with clear to black lenses, both prescription

Both pairs came really fast in mail which was great however I received 2 pairs that had black frames

I emailed company and thier reply was they don't have red frames and said my order was correct

The options for frame colors were black Grey and red

Also prescription is off and I feel like I'm looking under water

I will say 2 pairs of prescription glasses for only 102 $ is Fantastic and great amount if selection

Very reasonable price for 2 glasses. But one of my spectacles does not fit properly because of its shape. Other one is really good. I love that one.
