Love ordering my glasses from iLookGlasses, this is my fourth pair, I save so much especially because I now need progressive lenses. The styles are up to date, shipping is quick, quality is great and using my own picture works on predicting how the glasses will look. Absolutely worth buying.
The ordering process was easy, lots of updated styles to choose from and I loved "trying them on". The real glasses looked as good as I thought they would. Best part, they as so much less expensive than at a brick & mortar store. I've bought about 4 times, my kids love them too.

Definitely know your exact prescription, size requirements for face etc. My glasses are slipping off my face quite a bit but I think my optician may have been off a little.

Direct contact with customer if there is a perceived problem, the lens quality is really really really good. I have yet to scratch lens.

The glasses I bought last time around have lasted 10 years and I was happy to be able to purchase another set, - one with a blue light filter and one that goes dark in the sun. The price and convenience are hard to beat!
Good, once you start. I would have appreciated an overview of process, as initially was not sure how you made sure glasses fit.
Was disappointed that you could not more easily filter your search to only see frames that are close to fit. Especially you had my prior order. You did catch an error with pupil measurment, but software should have prevented error, or flagged the difference to prior order sooner.
