Ordered 2 pair of glasses 1 pair did not fit I was told just to bend frames to make them fit

Very easy online transaction to order frame and lenses. Both were exactly as described. Optical centres of lenses properly placed. Am very happy with my purchase.

Nothing beats being able to try on your glasses before you buy them, especially if you're gonna be buying a more expensive pair. However, going through your process on the website was simple and the agent that followed up with me regarding the sizing of my glasses was very professional. Keep up the good job.

Update - I received an email from Thea and he/she admitted they Doctor the photos. " The goal of picture editing is to improve the overall quality of the photographs, by retouching them professionally. Sometimes, the colour of the frame may also vary due to different computer calibration".
I recently ordered two pairs of glasses. On site they had vibrant colours. When I got them the one pair looked like basic black and the other had a few specks of colour. When I contacted them they said it's because THEIR pictures are taken under bright light. I went outside to test their theory and nope not any different. Then when they say you can return them you get charged delivery fee? Really? So if your looking for glasses that are basic black don't order any with colour. Pictures speak volumes. The most purple you can see on the one glasses is behind the ears? The front pictures are black. I don't see the blue and brown specks? Would not recommend as they just want your money without you getting what you want. They make it a hassle. I then said I'd exchange the one pair and because it was $10 more they tried to charge my account. Again, if they are the cause if my return due yo misleading pictures you would think they would in good faith exchange the glasses. I'm going back to Zenni.

My only hesitation with a 5 star review is that I found the readers that I ordered aren't strong enough. And I don't know whether it was my new prescr. Or the glasses themselves.
