Order #*******. Didn't deliver as promised. Spoiled the occasion. No ownership. No status updates. Their delivery time period as well is till 10pm.we waited till then. Being hopeful. But no delivery... Very casual approach. Please avoid them
Worst Experience ever. I ordered Rakhi on 6th and my rakhi didn't even reach by 20th when 22nd was rakshabandhan, they offered me refund without even apologising. They don't even have any value for sentiments. Will never order from there
I'm regretting about why I have placed my order with this service. I put a request for supervisor call, when I been contacted to supervisor regarding the issues. There's no quality customer service and they play with the sentiments of people especially in regards to the special occasion like Rakhi. No one cares if the receiver has received the order or not even after scheduled time and no one cares about customers who paid fortune to get the standard order.

Inventory management - Poor
Sales team - irresponsible & arrogant
Operations team - pathetic(Logo printing faulty)
Finance team - hahah.(3 times they had given me wrong invoice)
Organisation values of IGP- arrogance & negligence
Order with them only if you are ready to run behind them for receiving your product and get a substandard quality product.

Warning to everyone..
I'm from Canada and I had just come across igp for the first time. My delivery was sent on time, and the receivers were really happy. I was notified the whole way went it was shipped and delivered which was amazing! Really happy with the service will use and recommend to others for sure.
I had searched several stores for a particular personalized item for Raksha Bandhan for my brother and finally found it online at Igp.com. It is really good quality and worth buying it. Must check out the website :)
