I had orders a Fresh fruit cake, it was really good and fresh. The cake had the right balance of sweetness. I highly recommend IGP to everyone for sending out gifts!

Not getting any response from customer service on my missing items. Don't know what options I have left. These were expensive items as well. Cheap ones were delivered. 5 items ordered and only only 2 cheap ones delivered. No one is making an effort to contact me either

I understand that most of the online delivery agencies in India are frauds. This one is at a different level altogether. I ordered a Heart Bouquet of Red Roses & Ferrero Rocher. This agency wrapped up something with golden-colored paper and placed that as Ferrero Rocher. Really? I sent a video to this agency. Guys, stop this nuisance for sucking money! What did you think that we are all idiots?

I ordered cake and Lucky Bamboo as birthday wish for my relative.! Provided thrm correct address and phone number. They called several times pretending to confirm address. Did not deliver goods claimingme they are unable to find address.? I even provided them Google maps photos and clarified that today only Amazon n Flipkart delivered on that address. They again asked if they can deliver after bday passed. Out of frustation I asaid ok. Now they comeup with new excuse that good are perishable they cant deliver. They are cheat n fraud buisness. Neither they deliver nor do they refund. Please font waste times n money. They dont care about people emotions at all. On top of that they send email n msg to my relative to send returning gift to me

To start with, entire Join ventures team is highly professional while taking the orders. They will mail you the photos, they will recieve the calls becuase they need entire (100% advance) money before delivering the goods. As soon as you pay them, they behave unprofessional, they will not pickup your calls in one go, you need to call them multiple times for the delivery date to which they give another person's no. For the followup. Then that person sends a mail to another person who will reply after a day saying we are checking the docket details internally & will share it shortly. Then you need to wait as nobody will respond to your calls. Finally when Diwali is on Monday, you get a mail on saturday morning stating your order is out for delivery & can be delivered anytime today when we already mailed them to cancel our order & process for refund. As it is not possible for us to deliver all gift items in a day or two. The quantity ordered was 50 & no one can distribute it in 2 days if you are living in a cosmopolitan city like Pune. For refund, we are still waiting for the concerned team's mail. No reply from them in past 2 days. Briefly,
A pathetic/disastrous experience with Join Ventures. If you have to take my opinion, then hire some other professionals, instead of the unprofessionals like Join Ventures. Rated 1 star, as i dont have any option of 0 at reviews section.

Cheat and Fraud company. Sweets and tika ordered are still not delivered even after 10 days. Worst customer service. Who will eat sweets that is already 10 days old and still in transit from the last 10 days? IGP is not cancelling my order and also not refunding my amount. Cheat and Fraud company.

I am USA ordered a 2 different rakhi 1. A set of 5 and other a set of 2 with dry fruits set of 3 and sweets for Imy brother in India. The only order My brother received was sweet package he did not receive any rakhi's and dry fruits. Made repetitive complaints and was successful in making 50 unresolved tickets. Till date I have not received single phone, or email about my complaints. I have not yet received any refund for the same. This is a repitative 2 nd year they $#*!ed up and no one want to response.

I made booking and then they have cancelled by saying there is no delivery partner in that location that too at the last moment.

They screwed my happiness.

Don't use this company. They will only cause you stress. You pay a high price for shipping, then they don't deliver the products. They don't get the senders or recipients details correctly which results to you never knowing where the parcel is at or what's going on. You can spend an hour easily for a week asking them for a simple task but they won't do anything about it. They will use words such as trust me ma'am or sir which is hilarious, and they know customers have no choice so they can do whatever they like.
Do not use this company, unless you want to lose your money, mind, time and mental stability

I usually donot write review but this was very much needed. I used IGP for sending rakhi. The order was placed way before the occasion but today after over a week i'm still following up with the support team, trying to track where on this earth did my order go!
I was not even notified for once that the items wont receive on time. 2 orders each more than 3300 INR.

Nobody will ever reply to your mail. You have to literally beg to get any kind of response from them.

There are other services which are way better and reliable. Please do not waste your time money and energy here.

AVOID this website! I ordered a 'Coffee Mocha Cake' for my sister for her Birthday and they sent some horrible Butterscotch cake with 'Happy Rakhi' written on it. There's no International number to call on or a live chat option. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

At first after charging for same day delivery it was not delivered... Ans to add my issue going on only one delivered instead of 2... have called several time yesterday was promised second rakhee to be delivered by 10 pm by pratmesh and then by 11pm by omkar but no one showed with rakhee... now from morning alao i have tried been in hold for 20 min and then the phone just disconnects... it's been very frustrating dealing with IGP. Very very disappointing!

Worst customer service ever. I ordered rakhi gift for my relative a month before. They forgot to add rakhi in it (yes... can you imagine) I sent an email and got auto reply that someone will contact me in 24 hours. More then 24 hours gone and nobody replied. When I called them, their agent Zeeshaan asked me to send picture of the stuff received. I sent it immediately. It's been 24 hours again and still no reply. Even their number is not working now or may be they blocked me. I am not even able to submit my honest review on their website. Because of their incompetent and careless staff, my nephew won't have rakhi even after spending thousands. Pathetic service... really disappointed don't recommend igp at all

The order is not delivered on time... too much of delay... and on contacting them multiple times there is no response from them... it's absolutely pathetic company... dosent even care to respond back... please do not order them..
