I would suggest pathetic app it is, they are so unprofessional.
Delivery boy couldn't found easy address also, after giving landmark name also, we get N number of orders from so many sites.
They cancelled the father's day cake which was ordered by my daughter, delivery boy is so dumb and carrying such a casual attitude

We scheduled the cake to get delivered in the morning at 9 and it was delivered in the night around 9. Cake doesn't look the same as in the picture, it was so messy and worst. No matter how many times you call them, customer service representatives keep disconnecting the call in the middle of the conversation. They are not willing to help or fix their mistake. Never recommending igp cakes to any of my friends.

Extremely frustrating experience, they have o ethics and don't bother with customer pain. While placing the r it was showing delivery by 7th May where as they didn't deliver till 8th Mother's day. I got promise of attempting delivery next day i. E 9th May in 1st half of the day. Where as the delivery didn't happen as per the commitment of time. You guys have wasted my time, money and ruined Mother's day celebration. I will not recommend or purchase anything from IGP here onwards.

This site is complete fraud. I wanted to send cake to my mother on Mother's day but they did not deliver it and mentioned that they could not deliver due to incorrect address despite of everything correctly mentioned. They did not send items and even told that they won't give refund. What a stupidity!
I would never recommend ordering it from this site.

I have ordered from here a few times now & they are always late with the delivery. The whole point of having something delivered on a special occasion is spoilt. I ordered my date of delivery prior to Diwali hoping if they are late still they might deliver on time but as always the delivery will be 3 days after Diwali. Very disappointed. On top of that they don't refund if we ask for money back, they won't cancel the order if we ask to cancel. Btw once a wrong product was also delivered, not surprised. Pathetic service. I will be exploring other services.

I have been following up with IGP.com to get my order(Order ID - *******) delivered on time and was promised by a customer service agent that it would be expedited and delivered by 9pm today which never happened. I just called on customer service number and the agent 'Adnan' - misbehaved and tried to make fun of my issue! Please do not order from this website. It's a complete waste of time.

Very bad service please don't run business if u don't know how to do business I called customer service 10 times and person since afternoon is out for delivery but cudnt deliver today. Where did the guy go who was out for delivery

If there was a choice of NO stars, that's what they deserve. Screwed up my orders, and only 1 out 3 orders were delivered. All orders to be delivered to US, albeit different States. One order got delivered, one apparently sent in Europe, and one totally no status provided. Terrible service!

I order a cake they charge 60$ and saying that it delivered its delivery was on 30 oct and on 25 nov they are sending mail that its delivered they guys are just exploiting people pls guys be aware don't order from this site plsss because m regretting now I lost my 60$ Just because of cheaper people

I ordered gifts for my family for Diwali of 2021. Gift was not adequately packed which led to damaged item at time for delivery. Issue was reported on 2-Nov-2021 and since then I have been asking them for return of my money. Its been more than a month & so far only email exchanges have happened. They want return of item but its only the customer who has to follow-up asking when the return is to be picked up. Looks like IGP team just wants to make quick money & doesn't value customer sentiments & satisfaction.

Igp is a fraud site. The description they have given and the product is completely different.
I have ordered a cake from Igp, which said it is a fondant cake.
The cake which I have got is completely different and some cheap quality.
It was just a cheap frosting cake and that too of not good quality. Colors were different. Taste is not good and instead of writing message with icing, there was a cheap sticker.

They failed on so many levels. They shipped the wrong item. On their website, there is an option to send a greeting card with a message and they didn't send with the order.

My order was not placed due to some technical glitches and payment was done, but the support team responded quickly.
The product was delivered on time and packaging was beautiful. The product also turned out to be good

I ordered a simple card, a cake & a bouquet to be delivered within a specific timeframe. They forgot to send card & the bouquet. (They did send a printout of the message on an A4 sheet). They don't have a customer service number you can reach out to from the US. Just email, to which they respond after 4-5 days. I wouldn't recommend it at all!

Extremely frustrating experience. I spent 1.5 hours on call in my morning and afternoon again 40 mins, just to get things straight about cake delivery. I got promise of attempting delivery next day, next day there wasn't any communication again. Associate said no refund as per policy. I had to open 4 support tickets, online tracking sucks it showed "Delivered" without "Dispatch".

You guys have wasted my time, money and ruined birthday celebration. I will not recommend or purchase anything from IGP here onwards.

Extremely worst site ever seen. Pls don't purchase from this site. It send my order after 5 days of expected delivery date and rakhi special gift was delivered without rakhi. Just see the insanity of this people

Order placed previous day and confirmed... double checked with call center at 6 pm and they order still on track to deliver... called them 8 pm again and they said order order cancelled which never even informed us. WORST SERVICE EVER

Never order from IGP. My rakshabandhan got spoiled. They don't reply. Even today my brother dd nt get Rakhi in Bahrain
Hopeless. Total fraudsters
