Worst service with no customer support.
Ordered a product on 28th and was supposed to be on 30th for my friends wedding anniversary... But it was 15 days completed but not delivered yet. Called and mailed IGP 3 to 4 times but no proper response. My sincere request is not to opt for IGP
The worst website ever, I have placed an order on 28th nov and today is Dec 6th and they are not able to deliver despite many follow up
They have not provided any solution and I have not clue what is the issue and every time they show they could not deliver. Extreme bad service
You will see all fancy premium quality gift pictures on their websites looking at them you pay premium and what gets delivered is all crappy stuff. Doesn't even match the picture. On top of it when you are sending gifts out side of india they ask for recipients email address and now poor recipient has pay custom duty to receive the gift. That is so annoying. Never ordering from them again.
One of my product was delivered at the wrong address and the other product's id was not generated. It's been 2 days and still waiting! Diwali is over. Imagine in compensation I get ₹215. I keep calling every hour but no response.
A order placed sufficiently in advance for Dhanteras gifting on Nov 9 was not delivered by IGP. However, I received an email confirmation that the item was delivered to the recipient.
Upon checking with IGP, they have the audacity to say we share the POD with you. And voila, the package was delivered on Nov 10 (more than 24 hours after their delivery confirmation to me).
Their tag line of "Light up Diwali with same day delivery" says a lot about what is VS. what they project!
Post writing to the company several times about the poor quality of flowers they send - instead of improving they are becoming worse.

Overall great experience with placing order till delivery and the product is good too,beautiful!
Just make sure to put realistic image as the vase color is different shade sadly …rest all great

I had placed an order for a PERSONALIZED NIGHT LAMP, on SEPTEMBER 25th, paid up the amount for the product and the exorbitant delivery charges. The product was to be delivered on october 8th.
I have been tracking the progress online, on calls, on mails and every time the ignorant customer service agents would reply that the product is being made at the warehouse and it would be despatched on time...
I have called just about 10 minutes ago and was told THE WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND THEY HAVE NO CLUE IF THE PRODUCT IS READY AND WOULD INITIATE A REFUND!
ABSOLUTELY LOUSY SERVICE!

I ordered Rakhi to be delivered in Netherlands. Firstly they charged so much for delivery, secondly failed to deliver even after 20 days of scheduled delivery date. With multiple emails follow up there customer representatives, they just ignored my email and not providing me the refund of not delivered item. Highly unprofessional. They are not be TRUSTED for international shipments primarily.
They did commit to deliver the items by 30th Aug but delivered them on 2nd Sep. IGP delivery service and their customer service is worst. I would not recommend IGP for any one. STAY AWAY FROM IGP.
I had placed an order for Rakhis, chocolates and sweets with IGP site. It was marked as delivered in their site but recipient never received it. I tried to ask for delivery proof, followed up for 15 days via email but I got template response from the customer service.
Don't trust this app because i send rakhi but my brother didn't received yet I email to many times But they not give me response
I don't even want to give 1 star. I ordered rakhi to be delivered on given date. They are delayed by 8 days and still delaying showing in tracking status while I am writing this review. Customer care will not respond you. If u email them they will reply you after 5 days and in that email they will only generate ticket. But no use of that ticket.
Worst worst worst.
Before that I ordered some specific sweets but just before one day they are informing me that that sweet is not available pls change the option. The worst experience with me.

I am extremely disatisfied from the servic i received for the rakhi occassion. Its an important festival to me and i tried to send rakhi to my brothers in US and india but i just get to know that none of them have received on time. I tried to track the package where one was showing cancelled with no valid reason and the one which was suppose to be deliver by 30th aug was still showing pending and now its tentative date has been changed to 29th sept. The only reason i chose igp same day delivery was so that my family will get the rakhi on time otherwise i would have chosen other methods of sending through courier services.
Tried emailing customer support, i did got the reply but its just the excuse. I feel like i have to send the ss of wtever m talking about. The person working at the customer service seems like he doesnt want to listen as he keeps on giving excuses and making me feel like i am just arguing for no reason.
Im in Bangalore. I ordered two set of evil eye rakhis and a moustache cake for my brothers in Delhi. The rakhis were so pretty in the image. But my bad. They sent only one rakhi with horrible shaped moustache cake. But they sent a normal rakhi with a Ganesha on it. That too only one. Just imagine the state of my second brother who didn't receive the rakhi. How disrespectful it was.
Don't trust them guys. They don't deserve it.
My rakhi was never delivered. They don't even respond to any call or emails. Just pathetic. I should have done more research before ordering from this place.
They should not allowed to take orders that they can't deliver before occasion or a location.
They make people occasion worse while you order anything with them for any occasion if you order a Rakhi, they will deliver the rocky after festival if you order a birthday cake, they will deliver the birthday cake on another birthday.
I Ordered a rakhi for my brother on 24th august and it was 2 days service, it's 31st now and rakhi festival is gone now, they still haven't delivered yet, no one picks a call or reply to the messages. Worst service I've ever seen. Infact they charged me double for the delivery service even more than the rakhi cost.
IGP ruined my Rakhi festival. I ordered Rakhi with gift hamper and additional sweets. IGP sent Sweets with out Rakhi that was sent to all my 5 brothers. Instead of Rakhi they sent debris in package. When I called them no one picking or answering from customer support service. Huge disappointment on festival season.
