The ID me account works flawlessly. I had a bad experience because I had renewed my computer five years ago, which was already 10 years old at that time and a new cell phone since then I changed my email address which made it very difficult to get back into my old ID account Once I contacted a video chat everything works fine. I love the program and I have no complaints. I would recommend it to anybody. Just make sure you read everything before you hit the wonderful enter button. I use it out because I have to get on the VA website and government websites. Make sure you download their authenticator app first.
It took almost 2 weeks to get verified because, despite pressing Continue over and over, it never went to the third step. I had to use a different email address that's separate from the email address i use for professional things. I hated this process with a passion.
