First time.This was a totally different experience on the phone for me.Didnt have a idea that this could be the new way to identify yourself.
Initially I was put off by what I thought would be a complicated process to establish my ID. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to complete the process and would encourage others to do so.
Not really an exciting one but its a lot better than stay on the phone for 6 hours or more. Totally a bad experience

The user interface was perfect and the processing speed was amazing. I did not expect all that.
Needed to sign up later in the evening while I was trying to complete my taxes. Was able to gain access and sign up when most other services are unavailable. Pleasant staff and straight forward process.
