I think it was good easy to work with I am stuck don't understand now?
Had to bounce between phone and laptop to get this done. The credit verification step had an old landline that a text message with code was sent to which was impossible to get. Was stuck in an endless loop in ID.me. Had to figure out to restart and relogin and find some item to reverify the account and go through the connect with a video agent. This then took another 20 minutes. All this nonsense to get a refund.

Very hard for me because I am elderly. My Son had to do all the computer and phone work. I will be 90 years old in October and can only use my computer for email and ordering groceries so my Son had to do all the phone work on his phone number and all the computer work.

It was incredibly fast and simple. The Federal government totally accepts their verification process as an option to gain access to your online Social Security Acct. I hadn't logged in since 2017. Because I lost and forgot the credentials to my acct. Please if you get fed up with apps that just can't accept your id pics ect, try these guys out. Much easier I promise.
All in all I think the systems could have been done a lot better but the service was nice it was just that I could not hear when I got past to the second person to control the switch from my email and number being transferred over but other than that everything else was good I ready you guys four stars
