A safe way to access personal documents with multiple points of verification
In April I set ID.me to mail in my income tax forms. However I was unable to accomplish that. I had to find someone with a printer and then mail them to the state and Federal income tax beareau.

I was asked by my fiance boss to make a ID.me account to verify who I am so I could be added to his (fiance) retirement benefits. The photo option didnt work at all, and the Joint chat where I showed my drivers license, Social Security card and medical records card I was not given a time line on when my ID.me information will be updated. As of 4 pm my profile picture on ID.me is that of a stick person instead of my actual image. And the options to get that issue resolved is NON-Existent

Agent patiently reached out to me by phone because I was trying to get my browser to use the camera/ microphone on my phone. After getting it working, I was instructed to show my identification cards i.e. (driver license, insurance card). My identity was readily verified and we were done with the process. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to verify their identity.

Dealing with Peter, and the ID me team was very easy, and professional thank you ID me team members.
Had to fill out my information on the site four different times because it would sign me out super fast when I went to another tab to get information for them and the details wouldn't save. Had to do a video verification and that part was super easy and the agent was very professional and helpful.
I go through the entire verification process, get an email saying it was approved and complete, but then get sent to a page saying there was an error and to contact the call center. I did that and was told no agents were available and it ended the call. I can't even try again without it saying there's an error, even though I literally have the email saying it was verified and approved.
