Useless. After a worthless and confusing and lengthy process of total 100% verification the IRS still doesnt agree that I am me and denied my login to my IRS account completely even after I provided CADL SS Card and BIRTH CERT as well as facial recognition pictures and a live video chat with an operator (took 2 attempts at that). I feel violated.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO POSSIBLE WAY to get a live person on the phone to help you in real time. Not even a phone number. And the chat is only able to help with a few issues so a live person is often necessary.
