Easiest thing I ever did on the government website
I couldnt remember my login credentials but no worries, the recovery phase was fast and simple, no matter how many steps it was. I was able to log into the irs site and get verified quickly and without issues or redundancy. Productive visit that allowed me to do exactly what it was that i came to the irs website to do. Makes my work and personal business pleasant.

This was sadly the worst experience I have ever had trying to log in to access my own information. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. Here's the good news... it is so secure that no one can get it in. Facial recognition failed on 6 attempts too!
They got right to the point and also did it in a timely fashion
It was seamless, simple and secure. The process took not much time and was user friendly. If there was a time we need security, it's now. Love that a sense of urgency is imperative.
