It took two days or three days to get it down.It is not easy.I started using my phone, but it was failed,so I change to use my iPad and laptop, but it was still failed,Then I backed up and used the phone again and surprisingly it worked.
When I first signed up for an account I had verified my identity because I was having tax issues. Once I verified my identity and updated my address via the zoom call, never knew that the representative I spoke to that day didn't do anything! She gathered all of my information made me hold up my social security card and ID to my phone so she can take a picture of it but never updated my information. Which cost me to go into a complete with my federal tax return. This is the only way to check on my account and still I cannot see what I need to see because I'm getting error messages for messages letting me know that I need to wait until information is been updated. Sad to say I sent in my paper return February 2024 here it is August 12th 24th still no solution to my problem and I did everything I was supposed to do.

I wanted to see if I could access a vital information.I was shocked to see they worked on Sunday. It was fast and no long waiting time.Two minutes to be precise as I needed to get my documents so that was fine. I connected with an agent,the emails and code came fast as well.
The Agent I did a zoom call was nice and helpful. Very calm and guided me all through.
I recommend using them,you will be amazed.

It was a bad experience for me to hard took to long and I had to call for help and they didn't help so I had to just keep trying till I figured it out and it took forever
