I have logged in to id.me many times over the last decade. This new verification process is time consuming and overly invasive, imho. You have to provide your full SSN, photo of your drivers license, AND you have to scan your face. They say there is no guarantee that your information is secure. I felt like I was bringing scammed the whole time I was jumping through their hoops. Terrible experience.

I completed all the steps thru video call identification successfully according to id me, but the automated system kept telling me to complete the verification process for days, so I went to the department of labor in person to get matters straight and reieve my payments after four weeks, very disappointed
ID.me, saved me a lot of time accessing apps that were important to access to fill out paperwork and made it easy, so I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops that these apps all require now... so it saved me loads of time
This was a simple and fast process, but it also felt extremely secure even more so than a typical 2 step verification process used on many other apps

Very confussing, took 2 1/2 days to work through the process. Part of the app did not work. Timed out and had to start over. No explaination why data was needed to access app.
The experience was good. Uploading documents wasn't as smooth as I would like. It rejected my docs without a reason code first time and then with a reason a second time, but the instructions were unclear. It simply said take a picture of the document, but didn't define parameters. Ince I figured it out, it went smoothly.
I have issues with my Social Security number being used and VA sends me letters since I am unemployable telling me they will cut my benefits for not sending in a W-2.
It takes a minute to get registered, but after that, it seems to work pretty well happy with my experience. So far, thank you

I would recommend ID.me to anyone and everyone who needs to certify their ID! It was so quick, easy, and painless! I was done in just a few minutes! Especially as in the days I spent trying to do the same thing at login.gov and was never successful! Finally after the third day of trying, I remembered that there was a second site (ID.me) that I could try! And thankfully instant success! Thank you so much ID.me! I will be forever grateful!
Fast and furious! This app is easy to set up and provides an efficient multi-factor authorization allowing me to log into various government sites securely. No line no waiting on.gov authorizations to access a government portals! Thank You!
I am forced to use this website to verify my social security and medicare information. It is unreliable. I log in once a year to verify and check my information for accuracy - each time I log in, my old login information is "not recognized" and I am forced to reverify. This last time (and two previous times) even after verifying, setting a new PW and then logging in I received a message that my login in incorrcect and my account is blocked until I call the office (and wait a long time) to speak to a representative.
I log in to a couple different federal government agency accounts using id.me and save a lot of time. The IRS uses it and I use it on my SSA account, too.
I would use it on Texas state agencies, but i haven't seen it come up while logging in.
Saving time is like saving money! I even had time to write this review!
