Impossible to get customer service

I tried over an hour trying to get myself verified with no success. One account is suspended the other account can't verify me. I tried to reach a live agent to help me merge accounts and to add my federal employee status as well and I get llimited options that aren't applicable. The end result an auto-response with no solutions with my issues

Be careful about setting up your account. If you share an email with someone, you cannot share that email in this account because it uses it as your logon id.

A FRUSTRATING WASTE OF TIME

Numerous steps across multiple accounts and multiple devices. System lags and resets constantly. Extremely frustrating, difficult and time consuming to use this service. If there was ZERO STARS I would select that option.

A mess of a system

This is among the least user-friendly and most unreliable systems I've run into. T took hours of attempts fielding "try later" messages, unannounced failures to accept information, and other obstacles to what ought to take just a few minutes. I can't tell if the problem is incompetent system design or bad system maintenance or some other problem, but I do know that trusting so badly-run a system with your information is foolhardy. Don't do it. Find another way. This one is nuts.
