It was a great experience. I didn't understand at first but they sent, how to do it so that helped.
I tried over an hour trying to get myself verified with no success. One account is suspended the other account can't verify me. I tried to reach a live agent to help me merge accounts and to add my federal employee status as well and I get llimited options that aren't applicable. The end result an auto-response with no solutions with my issues
