I just shared how dissatisfied and frustrated I was, and it's AI still asked me for a review. Perhaps words like frustrated, confusing, and unclear don't register in AI?! The only easy parts were sharing my driver's license and scanning my face- very unsettling to me.

Look, I understand the need for identity verification. But is it really necessary to do "video selfies" now? Not only is this process annoying - with strobing, seizure-inducing background colors, it doesn't even work on a desktop. What's next, DNA verification? Ocular scans? Blood samples? I hate this, and I hope to god I never have to use it again.
