Emails, verification codes, are confusing, and not easy to navigate, ibwas already verified in the past, but still had to change my password to get access agian?

Attempting to sign into ssa was directed to ID.me site. Previously set up this account with ID.me. Was able to sign into ID.me with no issues but once in received an error that the site I was attempting to sign into could not be found

Stopped and started several times. Needed information and documents during the process. Lost connect during the process and had to restart.
It took most of my morning... glad I was retired and had time!

As an older person navigating this new technology ID made it simple to verify who I was 100% and to access my important information seamlessly I would recommend it to anybody

First, it asked for more evidence to verify my identity, sure. But that is peace of mind. The video verification was short and effective. Once verified, access to my desired site was instantaneous with no wait times. There are a couple nitpicks but nothing terrible. Changing documents is not all that intuitive making this a bit more difficult for older people but not impossible. Once verified, all is good.

Thorough and comprehensive site that provides that personal comfort knowing that your data is safeguarded and protected. Personally it gives me that peace of mind that allows me to sleep at night.

I'am not what you would call Tech savvy, so I expected problems I seem to always choose the wrong selection to take me where I need to go but this actually provided a clear direction, and find the information I needed

The document approval experience was timely. Also my initial account was suspended without my knowledge and I wasn't notified as to why

I was so frustrated when I got done. It would say my name was different, etc. I hope I never have to do something like this again!

I would recommend my id i trust it and dont have to worry about spam so give it a try or being hack either i go to my security account with oout no issues thank u

Even though it takes a little bit to get online with them, that's OK cause there are so many good things that they have and that they take care of our privacy. You should try it if you can it's worth it.

Imagine being stripped, then forced to walk through an obstacle course blindfolded, then going through a cavity search—all while being videotaped.

My experience was fast and accurate. I will definitely be showing anyone i know how to go about the process if they need help.

Uploading my information made it through the steps only to be told something went wrong try back later that wasn't what I wanted to hear

There a scam they don't verify anything regardless of how many documents you upload there support is useless and don't do anything besides blame the issue on you saying you did something wrong even though its a clear system issue
