I found it difficult to maneuver through all the demands away from home. Email communication was nonexistent. Ultimately was able to get verified through their verification with the help of a live person, only to be blocked by Social Security saying their info did not match. Seems I wasted a lot of time to get me nowhere and no help from their help center so far, and no phone number to get a live person to help straighten everything out. Not the best way to try and get into a government agency.

Was not easy to complete the process, too to long for the agent to do video call to come firm id. After fift time trying to do face recognitions, was able to finish the process
