It was very crucial for me to get this information fixed and to verify my identity for I can go ahead and continue and I did so with ease and no stress or confusion on my end because of the great website
Ask yourself why, once you have provided all the information required, they then tell you to UPGRADE to a premium level? You should get ONE ID that covers everything you need to do with the VA. And ONLY ONE.
Obviously these are third-party apps which SMACKS of private profiteering to me. Then there is the rampant ID theft---and reselling (no matter what they say)---of your vitally sensitive information. Even the DOD was hacked.

I signed up for this because the government claimed it was the best and most secure way to contact them. Every time I've tried the system it failed to recognize me, so I gave up until it was the only way to contact the IRS to get my refund going. My password failed. My 12 digit ID code they gave me failed. Using my Google account that had previously been linked to the system failed. Uploading pictures of my IDs failed (no reason given). Finally after a brief wait, they hooked me up with a video chat, so a live operator could verify my documents. I changed my password, but have zero confidence it will work next time I try to use the system.
Agent is very professional and gave instructions how to go to website and fill up the application for property tax relief. I was able to finish my property tax relief forms.
Don't use if you don't have a smart phone. ID.me is useless if you don't. NO! Same crap as trying to confirm my cell phone number.
