I have one ID me account that works great. But trying to start one for my wife has been very frustrating and no one to ask for help

It is fine, I always finally figure it out and if used more often would probably be easier each time, but sometimes it is like learning again. I get it, but sometimes takes me a few minutes.
Tried LogIn.gov with unsatisfied results even so every detail was correct and verified by my SS ofc. Just was not able to go digital IDme let me set up my account with ease and now I am able to go digital with no problem
It's a requirement now to be able to log in to you Soc Sec. Since the govt is well known to use lowest bidders, just how safe do you think your info is> Why couldn't the govt just have kept using the former log on requirements IMO this is just another waste of our taxes for soemthing that is not necessarily trustworthy.
