My overall experience was great. I recommend using IDme. It was a fast and easy experience. I was wondering why my return hasn't been issued. But because I didn't complete the information I didn't receive anything. IDme is very self explanatory.

I had lost my login credentials and they made so easy and difficult, lol, for me to verify it was the real me. Btw, I say "difficult", but in a positive way because they ask the right information in order for you to be able to verify. Thank you!
Everything was difficult such as resetting password, what is criteria for password, name change, Signing in, chat assistant not helpful but never are. ID me is important, can there be a real person, not a robot, articles were not helpful but they never are either.
Nightmare. I typically check MyHealtheVet about once a week. Then, suddenly, my account was "temporarily suspended." What happened next was straight out of Kafka. I'm trying to wave a red flag, but with only "Roy" to respond trying to declare an emergency went unanswered. I was informed that my problem required technical support. I was informed that I would get an email link to technical support. Tried THREE times: nothing. I NEVER got an email.
Finally, I learned that the regional medical center has a MyHealtheVet office. With their outstanding support, I finally got the attention of Id.me. I'm convinced that without their assistance, I would still be trying to lift the suspension. Shame on id.me!
