I had to give out a ton of personal information, SSN, photos of myself, drivers license, etc, (everything but my shoe size). It was not only unpleasant. After I was done and everything had been accepted, I still couldn't log in to Id.me and I still can't access my pension account which I've been getting to for many years with just my username and a very string password. It just forwards me to ID.me where I get stuck at "Verify with your device." I have accounts at many major financial institutions, all of which I can access with a username and password. This is beyond ridiculous.
It was not a fun experience. I tried to create email and password and repeatedly would get our records don't match which made no sense since I was creating an account. Somehow, it finally stopped saying that and after many attempts I was able to create the account.
To do Better in school and see what I can do and I know I can do this because I am new here and I'm try to get my stuff together and see what needs to be done.
Very very very very frustrating to use this system. Couldn't have been more difficult. It took multiple attempts.
Horrible. Took me 2 hours to complete my account. They need a live person to be able to talk to. Talking to a robot/AI is ridiculous.
After completing everything I received this message from Salesforce telling who I don't even recognize. "We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help."
Needed a live person instead of computer generated response.Took days to actually get someone who could help me. Extremely difficult to use if you get your account suspended for some reason and the online options do not work. Company needs to have a phone number and someone live who can respond to customer issues.

This was actually very simple to use. The process is very user-friendly. I had been worried it would be complicated, but it took me less than 15 minutes and I didn't encounter any issues or confusion.

At first it was a little complicated but I got the hang of it. Second I wanted to ask questions about penalties and why did I receive a penalty before I received being notified how to get a payment plan.

The ID.me website advised me of the documents needed prior to the video call. I had the documents ready for the call. Once the video call began it was a smooth easy process to verify my identity. The agent gave me clear and simple instructions for the verification process which made the process very easy to complete.
Okay but wish there was someone to tell you more An what you're doing in this and why you're doing it and I guess the days the second form of identification must need it at least I know the IRS
