Easy to use, so I was able to navigate on the website with ease. Uploading my id was easy and face verification used good technology. The site had clear instructions.
Using AI bots to respond to chats and emails sends the client in circles. It took me several tries to figure out what I needed to do to get everything to work and it could have been a short phone call.
I followed the online instructions and it first put me in a loop to reupload my information after it said I was signed in. Then, it dumped me into a sales site the was no where near when I was looking for. I don't like leaving negative reviews and I sincerely hope this gets fixed. Until I know it has, I will not use it again. Good luck.

I had to give out a ton of personal information, SSN, photos of myself, drivers license, etc, (everything but my shoe size). It was not only unpleasant. After I was done and everything had been accepted, I still couldn't log in to Id.me and I still can't access my pension account which I've been getting to for many years with just my username and a very string password. It just forwards me to ID.me where I get stuck at "Verify with your device." I have accounts at many major financial institutions, all of which I can access with a username and password. This is beyond ridiculous.
It was not a fun experience. I tried to create email and password and repeatedly would get our records don't match which made no sense since I was creating an account. Somehow, it finally stopped saying that and after many attempts I was able to create the account.
To do Better in school and see what I can do and I know I can do this because I am new here and I'm try to get my stuff together and see what needs to be done.

Horrible. Took me 2 hours to complete my account. They need a live person to be able to talk to. Talking to a robot/AI is ridiculous.
After completing everything I received this message from Salesforce telling who I don't even recognize. "We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help."
Needed a live person instead of computer generated response.Took days to actually get someone who could help me. Extremely difficult to use if you get your account suspended for some reason and the online options do not work. Company needs to have a phone number and someone live who can respond to customer issues.
