Multi-Factor Authentication is a pain in the butt at best, but ID.me does not have a clue. If you have a new phone number, and you forget your password, you are up the creek. If you want to change your password, they send a "verification" text to the phone number that no longer works. But, if you want to change your phone number, you absolutely must have your password. This company has no business being in business - especially not in a business that is remotely associated with paying taxes. I have to give one star - bummer... they don't deserve it.

The actual process and interview was really easy the hoop jumping for lack of a better term I assume it's because they want it to be a secure as possible it is a little irritating.
It's a much easier way to do this so you don't have to drive and find a unemployment office. I overall recommend this site
