Easy to do but you have to do it over even though I have been using ID.me for years. Just repeating process over and over each user. Even after signing in with a PW, you have yo redo things Ypu may want to try another way, if available.

After 8 days waiting for the IRS to send me a certain form I needed and did not get it, and then being on the phone with the IRS for a couple hours and finally being told they have too many calls for the form I needed. Call back. I contacted Veri-Tax who could not help me either, but directed me to the proper site to get my own particular transcripts that tht bank needed. ID.me was fast, and I had by proper form in 15 minutes or less. Fabulous!
