What's the point in using this site if the intended party is not going to honor it. We where rejected by Busch Gardens stating we are not eligible to take advantage of their military appreciation offer. I was told to get back with you guys with no avail. We know that we are fully eligible for the offer. There's a flaw somewhere that needs to be fixed. We're extremely disappointed.

The whole process was smooth (uploading the documents takes some time but was well directed) and the video call for verification was excellent.
I had a good experience signing up, just a couple of small glitches with the site. I used my desktop and phone for sign up. I like that the process includes a live photo id and picture of drivers licence or other photo id.
Had Login.gov for the past 2 years and monitoring my SS statement and retirement planning, Suddenly I lose access and am notified i MUST establish an ID.me account to access my SS page. I just turned 65 and work with computers and I found this process to be frustrating, infuriating and completely maddening. Why would the government take a government website that was functioning and replace it with a private vendor? By design? Please help out the older folks who lose their access and now have to go through this baloney - life is too short!

I would say sometime after March 2020 ID.me has been a pain for me. ID.me was the reason I didn't receive my Pandemic EDD and even after I won my court appeal I still wasn't able to get it due to me not being able to get pass ID.me. Now here it is June 2025 and I still had issues with ID.me being able to verify me with face scan and uploaded documents. That I had to do a live video chat just to get verified. I understand that some people are doing fraudulent things but the system seem to make it easy for them to do the things that they do and make it harder for the people who are hard honest workers; That isn't doing any fraudulent activity. To keep people from having to go thru such a hassle ID.me should just do live video chats and have that person present the necessary documents as well as the person having to upload those documents upon request so that they can be scanned and checked to make sure the documents isn't fraudulent. I can say with a set appointment for live video chat is much better and it's hassle free. Appointments are much better and there isn't a wait time.
Please make sure you use your personal email and not a job email because if you ever leave the job and don't have access to the email anymore it is very hard to sign in.
They do not care about you. Allowing non-human to take you information. Waste of tame. Takes longer than it should. After I put my email in and press submit now it says internal error.
These people suck, I have no access to my account, and customer service sucks they don't fix the problem
