I was having trouble logging in due to a recent change of my cell service provider, I tried for two days to login, I was frustrated but finally decided to email customer support, Aaron replied back to me quickly, I was very surprised due to me emailing customer support after 10pm but I got emails with each step they were in from getting my email, working on my problem and finally solving and completing my issue. Several months ago I was all of a sudden locked out of my Google accounts. I couldn't for the life of me remember my password. Therefore I could not access my account for id.me. I reached out to id.me support for guidance. But got none. Finally, after waiting almost 1 week I decided to make a new Google account. This worked for a few days
Next thing I know my account is suspended. I was confused. Again, I reached out to id.me support but only got a message saying they will be with me soon. I waited another week. Finally I receive the message to join a zoom call with id.me. He was very helpful and courteous. He was patient with me using the zoom app for first time. All with a smile on his face! This is a great tool for verifying your identity with government websites. I was scheduled for surgery in a few days when my EKG showed an abnormality requiring a Nuclear Stress
Test. The surgery was postponed for 2 months since it did not seem likely the test results would be back in time for the surgery to be approved. Through secure messaging I requested it not be postponed and my reasons why. It was agreed that if the test was negative and signed off on the surgery could proceed. Because of the ability to communicate quickly with all involved and personnel doing more then required we were able to meet the original date, I believe this could never have happened using the previous style of communication.

I did a video call vs. the "quicker" method and it was a very easy and simple process. I really appreciated that they provided me a link to use my cell to take the necessary photos and then go straight back to the PC webpage I was on!
