Honestly, at first I had some difficulty because I didn't put my documents in correctly. Once I realized what I was doing wrong it took about 5 minutes to complete and the clock started to wait for a agent to assist. The interface itself is a little clunky -- passports don't work well as identification (kept failing). Then have to wait for an actual representative to see you. And the wait is horrible because of every time a piece of identification fails you keep going back in queue. BUT, the person I dealt with was excellent. Very pleasant (even after a really long day herself) and professional (kept things moving along and was very precise with her directions) and made me feel good.
