I first setup my ID.me account prompted by Lowes Home Improvement to get my veteran discount. I've actually longed for something like this to happen, there are a lot of "posers" out there getting discounts that you and I actually earned. Since setting it up, I've had other vendors require veteran verification via ID.me. After retiring, I started the process to setup my VA account, low and behold all the leg work document scanning and gathering I did to set up my ID.me account was used by the VA as part of their verification. Multiple benefits of future efficiency from setting up an ID.me account. Hopefully they'll soon offer Veteran I.D. s.

I had to set up a profile so I can track my social security claim. And with a lot of the paperwork you have to go through I can get overwhelming so somehow along the way I end up making duplicate accounts and it was probably because I switched phones and wound up linking account so it became a big mess but the representative that I dealt with is so helpful very patient I have trouble sleeping at night cuz I have sleep apnea so a lot of times I can't respond until later in the evening when I'm alert or if I'm having trouble sleeping I'm just up anyway taking trying to take care of things. And every step of the way I could wake up and see an answer for me to help me guide it through to make sure I took care of the duplicate accounts and then my account was working properly you can't ask for anything better than that. When you're in the condition I'm in it causes mental anguish but the guidance and patience was unbelievable and it really helped to not have to deal with getting overwhelmed with somebody else thanks everyone keep up the good work. PS I believe my rep's name was Milo and I'm sorry that I don't 100% remember I'm on a different screen so maybe I can edit this if I have the wrong name. Thanks again.
