It was very frustrating. I have done this for my clients but when I did it for myself, I had to go back and forth several times until it finally worked. Switching between tabs on the computer and the phone was very complicated. There was no verification if the driver license was accepted or denied, so I didn't know what to do. It took over an hour to complete when it says about 20 minutes.
