I am a retired senior educator and without my grandkids around I rarely try to do new things with the Smart Phone they wanted me to use so we could text each other. The verification process was hard to complete. It rejected me once, then had my name spelled wrong after my second attempt. Third attempt worked but the software they are using definitely needs some work.
