I've wasted a lot of time verifying and re verifying. If maybe it did the multiple steps process ONCE in a week or something, fine. But EVERY time I go to log in and it kicks me out for being idle? I have been trying to access my account. I have changed my email and phone number, neither of which I have access to any longer. I submitted multiple request in the help center, all of which were responded to, with an automated response. I can't get in touch with any live person to assist. I can't close my account because I can't access it. I can't create a new account because my info is attached to my old account. This is an absolute joke and makes me wonder how this company is still in business!
