This was my first time using the IRS ID.ME service to get verified via video call. Of all the video call services I've used prior, I must say that Mrs. Dalphne was one of the best I've encountered. She has an overall welcoming and uplifting attitude. She was patient and helpful with making sure I did everything right. Her patient, warm smile and cheerful through the process was greatly appreciated. Too bad I can't work with people like that on the regular. The world needs more people like her in the workplace.
